Policies

The following are Jazz Night School's policies—please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Payments
Classes and Small Ensembles—Payments by check or cash before the start of a session. Bounced checks will incur a $50 fee. Special payment options may be considered.

Private Instruction—Payments by check or cash, weekly or monthly in advance.

Absence/Missed Time
Classes and Small Ensembles—There will be no credits, refunds or make-ups for absence. Homework assignments may be provided upon request.

Private Instruction—There will be no credits or refunds. Make-ups for missed time due to illness or travel may be rescheduled at instructor's discretion. Students paying weekly will be responsible for full payment of missed time (unless other arrangements are made in advance), and risk losing their time slot.

Refunds
Refunds for classes, small ensembles or private instruction cannot be given once payments are made.

Discounts
Jazz Night School values students' business and strives to offer discounts to show our appreciation.

Bring a Friend Discount—For each new student you bring get $20 off for classes and $30 off for ensembles.

Multiple Class/Ensemble Discount—Enroll in two classes and get $40 off. Enroll in a class and an ensemble, get $50 off.

Household Discount—Two household members enrolled at the same time get $40 off for a class and $50 off for an ensemble.

Group Discount—When three or more students enroll together, each get $40 off for a class or $50 off for an ensemble.

Scholarships
Jazz Night School's goal is to make opportunities available to everyone.

Partial and Full Scholarships—Scholarships available on case by case basis. Contact us to find out how to apply.

Scholarship Sponsors—Please contact us if you wish to sponsor a student.
